Credit & Debit Cards

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor:

All card transactions are encrypted with industry-standard TLS encryption. We do not store your card details - all payment processing is handled by our PCI-compliant payment provider.

PayPal

Pay securely using your PayPal account. PayPal also allows you to pay with your linked bank account or card without sharing your financial details with us.

Bank Transfer (SEPA)

For customers in the European Economic Area, we accept SEPA bank transfers. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days to arrive, so please allow for this when paying a renewal invoice close to your service end date.

Billing Cycles

Choose the billing cycle that works best for you:

• Monthly - pay each month with no long-term commitment

• Quarterly - pay every 3 months and save 3%

• Semi-Annual - pay every 6 months and save 6%

• Annual - pay once a year and save 12%

All discounts are calculated on the monthly base price.

Renewals

Services renew on a manual-payment basis - nothing is charged to your card or account automatically. We'll email you a renewal invoice 7 days before your service end date, with reminders before and after the due date. Your service continues as long as the invoice is paid before the service end date.

If you don't want to renew, you can leave the invoice unpaid or cancel from your client panel. No action is needed to stop billing, and an unpaid renewal invoice does not create a debt.

Invoice & Payment Timeline

Paying the invoice at any point during the 7-day suspension period restores your service with no additional fee.

Currency and VAT

All prices are listed and charged in Euro (EUR). If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider will handle the conversion at their current exchange rate.

Prices shown exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout where applicable: UK VAT for customers in the United Kingdom, and VAT at the applicable local rate for consumers in the EU. Business customers in the EU with a valid VAT number are not charged VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism; please add your VAT number to your account before ordering.

Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New customers are eligible for a full refund of their first VPS or web hosting purchase within 7 days of activation if they are not satisfied with the service. This applies once per customer, to the first purchase only. Game server hosting and Discord bot hosting are not covered. To request a refund, contact our support team.

If your first purchase included non-refundable items such as a domain, the refund covers the hosting service only.

After the 7-Day Period

After the initial 7-day period, services are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time, and your service will remain active until the end of the paid period. The exception is if ServerByte discontinues or materially changes your service, in which case you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

Non-Refundable Items

• Domain name registrations

• Game server hosting and Discord bot hosting

• Services terminated due to Terms of Service violations

• Setup fees, if any were charged

How Refunds Are Paid

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Chargebacks

If something looks wrong on your invoice, contact us first - we can fix most billing issues within a day. Opening a chargeback or PayPal dispute without contacting us may result in your services being suspended until the dispute is resolved. See Section 6.3 of our Terms of Service.
